Sports bonus or casino bonus: which one to take
A new account gets one welcome offer, so it is worth deciding before the first deposit. The sports bonus is smaller, but its playthrough is far lighter than the casino one.

How the sports welcome bonus works
- Register and make a first deposit of at least C$30. Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify.
- Bet the full deposit at least once at odds of 1.50 (-200) or higher and wait for the bets to settle.
- The 100% bonus, up to C$150, is then added to the account automatically. It can be cancelled in My Bonuses if you do not want it.
- Wager the deposit plus bonus six times within 30 days: singles at 2.00 (+100) or higher, or parlays with every leg at 1.50 (-200) or higher.
- Do not request a withdrawal while the bonus is active - that cancels it.
A worked example: deposit C$100, bet it once at 1.50 or higher, and C$100 of bonus arrives. The playthrough is then 6 x C$200 = C$1,200. Only C$75 of any single bet counts towards it, so this takes at least 16 bets. Cashed-out bets, system bets, void bets and anything placed in the casino or virtual sports do not count, and only the first settled bet on each event is counted.
Paying in crypto changes the offer: the crypto sports welcome is 100% up to 200 USDT (about C$267) from a 20 USDT minimum, with the same 6x playthrough.

Early Payout is the one that matters most for Canadian hockey fans: a pre-match bet on a team to win is paid out as soon as that team leads by 3 goals. The other thresholds are 5 runs in baseball, 17 points in football, 20 points in basketball and 2 sets in tennis. It does not apply to live bets, draws or boosted-odds markets.
Rules that catch bettors out
Odds limits apply everywhere: a single bet at 1.90 does not count towards the welcome playthrough, and a parlay with one leg below 1.50 does not count either. The C$75 counting cap means a large stake clears no more of the playthrough than a C$75 one. And the weekly reload and Bet Builder refund are not automatic: both are claimed through live chat or support@rabona.com after the qualifying bets settle.
Where you bet from in Canada matters. Ontario runs a regulated online market, so bettors there should read the Ontario guide before signing up to an offshore book, while players in Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba bet on the offshore Canadian site described on this page.
